Prepare each formula separately. For the US Citrus set, mix one PowerCocktail packet (15 g) into 180 ml / 6 fl oz of water. Mix one Restorate packet (6.7 g) into 250 ml / 8.45 fl oz of water.
Mix your powder with the water. For Restorate, stir constantly until completely dissolved. Follow the preparation directions on your selected flavor’s packaging.
Drink Restorate in sips immediately after preparing, ideally in the evening. The US Citrus directions recommend one packet of each formula per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
